The socks I tried are a bit thicker than hose and were cotton, but didn’t have any of the padding/terry material on the inside like some socks do if that helps. If you do change your mind about the everlane shoes, try either taking them to a cobbler for a profession glue job or buy shoe-specific glue (regular super glue won’t work). You can definitely try! My issue with dhgate is that the branding of items shown doesn’t always seem to be as reliable as TB. You could also try reaching out to the seller and asking if they have a DHgate store or a weChat. Someone shared with me that they thought the listing photos looked similar to those from Belle factory which Morgan supposedly sources from but I’m not sure. Will do some more digging! I don’t mind unbranded as long as the quality’s good.
