Do you guys have to make these days up? I remember in high school, when we had snow days they just got tacked on to the end of the school year, so I only got moderately hyped. Currently in Milwaukee for work and I’ll be going there tomorrow too. It’ll be easier if you just accept that this type of thing is behind you now. If it helps, MPS was one of the This Assistant Principal Loves His School T-Shirt districts that didn’t close on Wednesday when the roads were beyond bad. Also I’m a UWM student and many other UW school closed Wednesday but not mine so I feel your pain 🙁 Yeah I work at UWM and I’d love if campus would close a day or two. Maybe next week for the -40 wind chill

UWM won’t close… that would require caring about students and employees. They’d probably just close all the parking lots/ramps so you have to walk 16 blocks to get to class. It’s not even cold. MSOE was open like 10 years ago when I was there when it was -20 to -30 out. One day it was -25 with a windchill of close to -50, and we still had class.
