He had an undiagnosed tumor on his liver that ruptured. Unfortunately, survival of the surgery to remove the tumor and stop the bleeding was slim. I had to let my girl go last month. It was probably the worst emotional pain I’ve ever felt despite her being ready to go. The vet told me that if we didn’t do it that day it would be within two days. I’d had her for 13 years and she was my best friend. There’s a YouTube video called “a dog named bo” … it helped me a lot after we put down our Bully last year. They are so special. My buddy is 10 and he’s fading. I know it’ll be sooner than I’m ready and enjoy everyday with him. He’s gone blind and deaf at this point but no less himself.
