You had to have seen everyone talking about the sync and the New Years sugo though right? Vivi is pretty much guaranteed to be on one of the parts with much higher legend rates and better legends. The sugo right after the sync will likely be a bait since they will mostly all be on the New Years sugo a week and a half later. As far as the medal exchange that depends on if we start getting the same one as JP or not. If we do we could see her in a couple of months since JP has had her for a while. For example, Shanks crew and vivi/Rebecca were my most wanted units for like 2 months, but I got them relatively quickly once I only pulled when they were available.
