With dedication its possible. I’ve been playing around 2 years and while this prelude is likely a bit out of my skill level I definitely could tackle it in a month or so if I really focus on it. It’s a Great Day to be a coyote T-Shirt I’m guessing he practices around 3-4 hours a day (that’s I what I do). Albeit my hours can range depending on the time of the year. You’d be surprised how fast adults can progress if they are really passionateEdit: I also met a guy from this sub who is simular to me in skill, probably a bit better so it’s not too rare to see that kind of progress, uncommen yes, but not impossible.

Although when in comes to the concerto, I would be completely floored if he could manage that. Definatelt years out of my skill set but he sounds proficient in the video so who knowsDont get me wrong, I started at the age of 30 and played it at 34-35 but that is with a full day job and 1-2h daily practice. It fits the hands quite well and is probably essier than it sounds. That being said, 2 years still sounds like short time, especially when Rach 2 is a part of the conversation. It’s a Great Day to be a coyote T-Shirt Obviously it is the sort of piece that I would think might be borderline impossible,

obviously depending on the individual, or at the very least take years and years. There are just so many “i just starter can i play rach 3” type threads and folks misrepresenting how long they have actually played to encourage a healthy amount of skepticism towards posts like these. IIt’s a Great Day to be a coyote T-Shirt if it is true, it is impressive anyway! I totally agree. Rach 2 would be a incredibly impressive feat for someone who has played 3 or 4 years but 2 is just mindblowing. If his teacher thinks he has the ability I say go for it.
