These are great. I love seeing some scents that don’t get a lot of attention being reviewed, even if they’re not all winners for you. Also this is me going on barely related tangent, but I really take issue when people say Cocoapink is just a “gourmand house”. I have tried so many of their scents, and while I agree a lot of them lean on the sweet side….sweet =/= gourmand. They have so many that that lean clean, incensy, resinous, floral, citrus, powdery,In October We Wear Pink Ghosts & Pumpkins For Breast Cancer T-Shirt woody, herbal etc. Maybe some are mixed with gourmand notes, but definitely not all of them and even so many I would not classify as gourmand in the overall scent profile.

One thing I will say is that their atmospherics that I’ve tried tend to be more “perfumy” rather than super realistic à la Solstice Scents. That being said, a lot of their non gourmand blends have been pretty similar to perfumes I have from other houses that are not categorized in the same way.I don’t think it’s bad to not like Cocoapink or have their perfumes not work out, and they probably are going appeal more to those who like or don’t mind sweeter scents, In October We Wear Pink Ghosts & Pumpkins For Breast Cancer T-Shirt but I feel the narrative that they only offer gourmands can be a bit reductionist.

Have you tried Paper Butterfly (Osmanthus, paper,In October We Wear Pink Ghosts & Pumpkins For Breast Cancer T-Shirt golden fields of wheat, powdered sugar, cream, dry white amber grounded with the beautiful memory of soft pale musk)? It seems to me that it could be the spring version of Faded Memories. Fantastic reviews! Thanks so much for taking the time to write them all out for us. I’ve seen a lot of people saying their non-gourmands weren’t nearly as good, so this is really great (and quite convincing–I have added a few to my list!)
