I also hate that breast cancer is the only cancer to get a month of every single company fundraising for it. What about liver, prostate, brain cancer, leukemia? And then other illnesses of course. It really bugs me. Agreed. I’m currently raising money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and I have to keep reposting my fundraising link so people don’t forget. Yep, my dad had two different kinds of cancer (both found very early and removed, thankfully) and I’m highly predisposed towards various skin cancers. Other cancers (and other non-cancer diseases) matter, too!I Wear White For My Papaw Lung Cancer Awareness T-Shirt Yeah my dad died from liver cancer (among other things) earlier this year. It sucks seeing so many with breast cancer getting support and fundraising and others left behind. Glad your dad is okay, though. But we never hear about that at all or see banners for it or companies fundraising for it. TIL though
