I posted two ‘prologue parts’ for the Cryoverse this month. Check them out if you haven’t already! Both of them are direct prequels to TLP, of sorts, so I think you will find them VERY interesting as TLP readers. Seriously, if you guys like TLP, there’s no way you won’t like these two future story starters. I’m posting them to give a general idea of the expansion the Cryoverse, I Survived 4 Years Of Marriage That’s My Superpower T-Shirt particularly on the TLP side, will experience. Well, that’s good to hear! To be fair, TLP actually took a few parts for people to warm up to it, and then it exploded in popularity around part 3. Maybe the same will happen once I sit down ‘for real’ with these prologue parts.

I like to think Bael was just trying to throw parties in crazy places and kept accidentally finding top-secret Terran facilities. The humans and Bael were both confused how the other kept finding them no matter where they went in the galaxy I’m just really waiting I Survived 4 Years Of Marriage That’s My Superpower T-Shirt to see if all the Kraktol will respond similarly, the way the Kessu respond similarly. An entire species of “It’s not because I like you or anything, Precursor-senpai” crocodiles. There are other nitpicks I could raise, but those were the main two problems I noted, and I think it’s still an informative book review outside of these areas.

I agree that some of it is exaggerated or unrepresentative, but definitely not all. My daughter was in a regular Chinese pre-school and hated it. The part about “tiny kids get[ting] screamed at for trying to get water, shifting in their chairs, or talking to classmates” is spot on. She ended up hating school and trying to avoid going every day at the age of three. I Survived 4 Years Of Marriage That’s My Superpower T-Shirt (After several months we moved her to a more international-style kindergarten where she was immediately much happier and started to enjoy school again, without any noticeable impact on her pace of learning)
