I was hoping and praying he was wearing a name tag that said Ash. The Darkhold and Necronomicon are practically the same book. Pizza papa could have just been another Ash that never got mixed up with the book in the first place I won’t lie, killing off Ash to Jason or Freddie would piss people off. I know it’d piss me off. His final film will just be a snuff film of Bruce drowning in a vat of corn syrup. And since Ash is his baby, he wasn’t going to let that happen. Not to mention that the Evil Dead series is a rights nightmare, since each movie in the series was produced by a different studio, Freedy vs. Jason vs. Ash was most likely never going to happen anyway. And since Ash survived the graphic novel,Grunge Dead Evil Vintage 1981 T-Shirt which was almost a direct adaptation of the scrapped script, I don’t think he was planned to die. That sucks because while the show was fun a proper feature film would have been a better send off.
