Naw, they’re 8-ball clean sweeps for 5-0 matches. We found a tupperware container the size of a shoebox under his bed full of these that we didn’t even know he won. I just took a quick tally, and he’s got at least 100 Rackless Nights, about 40 of those clean sweeps, and more “I Beat a Six” patches than I can count. He also had a few of those I Beat a Seven patches, and a bunch from seasonal events and tournaments, plus his 1000 match patch. 3 – 5 with that many Rackless Nights and 5 – 0’s? I have to move to your division. They jumped me to a 6 after I had my second Rackless Night as a 5. Even though I had just been bumped to a 5. It’s been years since and I’m still stuck between a 6 – 7 regardless of how many crappy streaks I go on. But enough of my rantings. Im sorry for your loss!Billiard Dad Just Like A Normal Dad But Much Cooler T-Shirt I hear about pool stuff all the time from my mom. Did your dad ever go to Las Vegas and play in the tournaments? I went a few times with my mom, she has a couple trophies and patches too. Edit- just saw your comment below about your dad. My mom plays out of Stix too! Can I ask his name? Edit- never mind, my mom plays at Stix in California. Just a little background on my dad, he was active in the APA (American Poolplayers Association) league here in St. Pete, FL for over 20 years. He spent more than a decade as a team captain, playing most of his matches from his favorite bar Stix Billiards before it switched owners. He was a stellar player who took team MVP more often than not with the highest win average, and he took absolute pride in those trophies. He has a shelf of them up in the living room right beside my graduation picture and the ones of his grandsons. They were on equal footing, Billiard Dad Just Like A Normal Dad But Much Cooler T-Shirt I guess. He was anywhere from a 3 to a 5 over the course of his years playing pool, and finished his last season as the division champs, something he was retelling me for a few days after the fact.
